Shipping Within South Africa

Preserva currently ships within South Africa only.

We use The Courier Guy for all deliveries, offering both Locker-to-Locker and Door-to-Door delivery options at different price points. Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the option you select.

Delivery Timeframes

Please allow 3–5 business days for delivery from the date your order is dispatched.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier volumes, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Options

Courier Guy – Locker to Locker

Delivered to a selected Courier Guy locker
More cost-effective option
You will receive an SMS or email notification when your parcel is ready for collection

Courier Guy – Door to Door

Delivered directly to your provided address
Requires someone to be available to receive the parcel

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.

Shipping Delays

Preserva is not responsible for delays caused by:

Courier network disruptions
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout
Weather conditions, strikes, or other events beyond our control

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your delivery details are accurate at checkout.
Preserva cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address or contact information.
